Description of position:
You will be working in the development team in Copenhagen as IT-supporter providing e-mail, live chat and phone support for both registered and unregistered users. You will also be testing new versions and software updates. We have a full release approx twice a year and this needs testing and quality assurance. Testing is conducted on both Microsoft® Windows® 7, Vista™ 32-bit and XP™. Experience with Microsoft® Windows® is therefore required.

Copenhagen, Denmark

Specification of working relationship:
Full-time relationship (37h per week)
Alternatively part-time (minimum 15h per week)

Requirements:
MSc/BSc in computer science or equivalent.
Experience from a similar position (not a prerequisite)
Advanced English, both spoken and written (benefit if you are multi lingual in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, Spanish, French, Dutch or Italian)
Good knowledge of Microsoft® Windows® 7, Vista™ 32-bit, XP™

Experience with usability design and user interface development
Knowledge of .NET solutions and WPF is an advantage.
Communicativeness and ability to deal patiently with users.
Willingness to learn new procedures and technologies.
Benefit if you already know some basic C/C++ or another Object Oriented Programming Language such as Java, Pearl or C#.
